Cleverly designed so that every single bedroom enjoys spectacular ocean views, the hotel’s 265 spacious apartments and 13 suites are arranged over 12 floors, and have all been recently refurbished.

A mixture of dark wood fittings with light, cane furniture, tiled floors and bright fabrics combine to create a relaxed and airy feel. All 278 rooms have balconies and offer spectacular views of the ocean and Ondina Beach. In addition, all rooms are fully-air conditioned and come with broadband internet access, telephone with voice mail, cable television with international channels, magnetic door locks, minibar, digital safe, hairdryer, laundry and 24-hour room service. Non-smoking rooms are available. Located on the top floor of the hotel, the newly designed Executive Floor offers rooms with personal computers, fax machines and free internet access. In addition, the executive lounge offers a complimentary breakfast in the morning and cocktails and canapés in the evening.

Room types available are:
- Standard Rooms (34m²) - Located on the lower floors they feature views over Ondinas Beach. Superior Rooms (34m²) - Located on the higher floors of the hotel, they feature far-reaching views over Ondinas Beach and beyond.
- Superior Luxury Rooms (34m²) - Located on the 12th floor of the hotel, they feature balconies, computers with free internet access, and fax machines. Guests in these rooms are invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the Executive Lounge.
- Junior Suites (47m²) - Ideal for guests who would like more space in which to work or relax. The suite consists of two separate rooms – a bedroom with a king sized bed, and a living area with a sofa, coffee table and a work desk.

- Executive Suites (67m²) – The largest in the hotel, these suites consist of two separate rooms – a bedroom with a king sized bed, and a large room for dining, entertaining or holding a meeting. This second room also has its own bathroom. Located on the 12th floor, Executive Suites feature balconies, computers with free internet access, and fax machines.
Guests in these rooms are invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the Executive Lounge. Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Children four years and under stay free when sharing with two adults and using the existing beds. The maximum occupancy per room is three people.
