The Colonial Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in traditional surroundings. Using locally-sourced Brazilian ingredients and traditional French techniques, chef Milton Schneider has created a diverse menu of Brazilian and international cuisine.

The complimentary buffet breakfast includes a wide variety of fruits, juices, breads, cakes and cereals. Room service is available from 11am until 10pm. The Colonial Bar serves coffee and drinks throughout the day and evening.
