Three restaurants, two bars and 24-hour room service offer a wide range of flavours to tempt any palate. Using locally-sourced Brazilian ingredients and traditional French techniques, Executive Chef Jean Yves Poirey has created a diverse menu of Brazilian and international cuisine.

Located on the 30th floor, the Skylab Bar and Restaurant is a great place to enjoy the breathtaking views of Rio whilst sampling contemporary Brazilian cuisine and international dishes accompanied by live music. Estancia Restaurant serves an impressive buffet at both lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served in Patio Tropical where, on Saturdays, you can enjoy a lively brunch including the typical Brazilian dish ‘feijoada’ whilst you are entertained by live samba music.

At sunset, it is hard to beat the rooftop Skylab Bar for a sunset cocktail, and the comfortable Lobby Bar is a great place for a nightcap before bed. Room Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
